The Space
Nestled on over 1.5 acres of open land, this storybook cottage offers one of the most picturesque settings in the Shenandoah Valley. Enjoy sweeping views of mountains and pastures, often with friendly cows visiting along the fence line. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun.

The Setting
This setting TRULY is one of the prettiest in the whole valley because we are surrounded by hundreds of untouched acres of farmland! In a word: It's truly idyllic!

Outdoor amenities include:
--A relaxing cedar barrel sauna
--A cozy fire pit perfect for stargazing (telescope and binoculars provided!)
--An electric grill for easy cookouts
--A rocking-chair front porch and a charming porch swing
--A two-person hammock overlooking the hills
--Outdoor games like cornhole, spike ball, and horseshoes
--Enter into an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, where you're greeted by a charming mural of a musical rabbit and duck.
--The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs, while the family room invites you to relax by the electric fireplace with a 50" TV (bring your streaming logins).
--The home’s soft hues and warm cottage textures create an immediate sense of calm.
--Upstairs, you'll find a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer, a full bathroom, and three serene bedrooms: A king bedroom with a tree-mural accent wall, a Queen bedroom with nature-inspired decor and a view of the cows that visit over the neighboring fenceline.
--Twin bedroom with a farm and mountain views.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 5 guests in beds, with space for a 6th guest on the living room sofa.

Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home and the surrounding 1.5+ acres of land. The only exception is an unfinished basement that houses mechanicals and storage.

Our cottage is perfectly located for exploring the best of the Shenandoah Valley while providing a peaceful home base. You are just a short drive from the area's top attractions.
--8 minutes to downtown Luray
--10 minutes to the famous Luray Caverns
--19 minutes to Shenandoah National Park (Thornton Gap entrance)
--It's the ideal spot for hiking, sightseeing, or simply unwinding in a beautiful mountain-farm setting.

Additional Information
While one is not presently available, a hot tub is coming soon! We expect it to arrive in mid-January and will update the listing as soon as it is installed and ready for guest use.
